Getting to the Website
Using a web browser ( i.e. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.) Go to the Emergicon website: https://www.Emergicon.com
Click on “Client Login” link. Located at the bottom of any page.
This will bring you to the “Web Reporting and Inquiry”, also known as Web Reports, for short.
Logging On
Gives access to the web reporting system. Once logged on you can open reports, export reports, make inquiries and change your password if need be.
Click "Log On" in the upper right hand area of the webpage.
Or by clicking the “Patient Inquiry”, “Ticket Inquiry” or “Reports” tab will take you to the “Log On” page.
“Log On” screen, as seen below, will open.
Fill in your “User name” and “Password” in the boxes and click “Log On”
Note: If you have input the wrong user name, password, or if your account has been locked or deactivated you will see the following screen below.
Logging Off
Click “Log Off” located in the upper-right hand portion of the screen. This will log you off the current session.
Change Password
Click “Change Password” located under the "Log Off" option in the upper right hand portion of the screen.
Note the "Criteria" displayed that indicates the new password policy for complexity. Additionally, you will find three prompts for "Current Password", "New Password", and "Confirm New Password" which are required to successfully change your password.
